AWARDS & RECOGNITION

CMS 5-Star Center Recognition

Our Center has received a Five Star Quality Measures rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). The Five-Star Quality Rating System is a tool to help consumers select and compare skilled nursing care centers.  Created by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in 2008, the rating system uses information from Health Care Surveys (both standard and complaint), Quality Measures, and Staffing. The Nursing Home Compare website features the rating system.

Google 4+ Customer Rating

Handling more than 5.4 billion searches per day, Google is the most used search engine on the World Wide Web. To help their algorithms sort through billions of web pages and provide the most relevant results to their users, Google provides consumers with an opportunity to leave a business review, which includes a rating from one star (poor) to five stars (excellent). Google then averages the ratings to determine an overall star rating.

Governor’s Gold Seal

Our Center has been recognized by the Governor of Florida’s office as a Gold Seal Program award winner. This prestigious award recognizes nursing home facilities that demonstrate excellence in long-term care over a sustained period, promotes the stability of the industry and facilitates the physical, social, and emotional well-being of nursing home facility residents.

2025 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award

The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) has announced the long term care centers receiving the 2025 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award. Florida Health Care Association is proud to recognize 41 skilled nursing centers that have earned this achievement.
“Florida’s nursing centers are committed to being the gold standard in quality care. This award reflects the focus of our dedicated caregivers who work tirelessly every day to improve the lives of our state’s long term care residents,” said FHCA Chief Executive Officer Emmett Reed. “We are proud to recognize our members for their resident-centered focus and pursuit of excellence in care delivery.”
The Bronze National Quality Award is the first of three distinctions possible through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, a comprehensive organizational assessment and recognition program for long term care providers. The program recognizes organizations that meet progressively rigorous standards of performance to improve the lives of residents and staff in long term care.

My Mom lives at Royal Oaks and we couldnt be happier. The Care is exceptional, The friendliness is authenic and starts at the entrance and continues throughout building. The nurses are fabulous!! I usually only see 2 of the nursing team Nikki during week days and another one on weekends. they are caring, wonderful and KNOW the residents on their floor. And those CNA's!! Ms Kingston is such an authentic caring person. She is such an asset to Royal Oaks!!. She takes such good care of her residents (and spoils them) I know my Mom is in good hands with her and dont have to worry. Royal Oaks is the best and the only place I considered wanting my Mom when I knew she needed care beyond the capabilities at our home. They earn 5 stars and remains the best in Long term care and rehab facilities.
